These renders are based on computer assisted design (CAD) files obtained by tech journalist Gordon Kelly working with case designer Nodus . Citing information from Apple’s supply chain, Kelly has worked up some pretty impressive renders showing just what the iPhone 8 will look like.
The iPhone 8 is rumoured to be unveiled alongside the iPhone 7 s and iPhone 7s Plus later this year at a special Apple event focusing on the 10th anniversary of the iPhone.
These renders show the hotly-anticipated new gadget from all angles and seem to confirm a number of rumours surrounding the device.
Most importantly, Apple is following Samsung’s lead by dramatically enlarging the screen so that it takes up almost the entire front of the phone. The famous Home button will be replaced either with a virtual one built into the screen, or another physical button on the side of the phone. Like the Sony Xperia XZ Premium, this could be made to incorporate a TouchID scanner.
Apple has made a few other changes elsewhere as well. The camera lenses are now vertical when the phone is held in portrait mode – indicating that for best results it should be held in landscape mode. Kelly also believes the iPhone 8 will be sticking with the Lightning connector port rather than making the move to USB-C like Apple’s Macbook range.
But any audiophiles with fingers crossed that Apple might bring back the 3.5mm headphone jack will have to prepare themselves. Both Kelly and Nodus are confident that it’s gone for good.
“Some iPhone 8 secrets do still remain: battery capacity, camera specifications, A11 chipset performance,” notes Kelly writing forForbes (where you can see a few more of the exclusive renders).
“But when it comes to its looks, ladies and gentlemen: this is the iPhone 8.”
There’s no telling exactly when Apple will unveil its new creations but the company usually sticks to the first or second week of September. We won’t have long to wait to find out how accurate these renders prove to be.

According to Omoboya, customers would be notified when they have qualified for the Free Data Day and that they do not need to dial any code to opt in or subscribe to any platform before enjoying the benefits.
“When a customer qualifies for the offering, he would be able to enjoy free data usage throughout that day, and the fair usage policy will be applicable,” he disclosed.
Globacom also seized the occasion of the press conference to announce a mouth-watering offer for people who have not used their Glo SIM cards for 30 days. The company announced the Glo Welcome Back, which gives N6000 to such customers when they recharge their lines.
The credit can be used to browse, send SMS and make calls to Glo customers. Subscribers are required to make a recharge of between N100 and N5,000 to access the free N6,000 airtime.

It's no more news that there has been a great improvement in the dollar/foreign exchange liquidity in the banking system and this has positively affected the economy in general.  
Now most banks are now lifting the restriction and limitation on their naira debit card to ease the stress customers go through in sorting for foreign currencies and also to encourage investors.
According to a statement by Fidelity Bank Chief Executive Officer, Nnamdi Okonkwo, he said.

“We are pleased to remove the restrictions on International transactions on Fidelity Visa Naira Credit and Debit Cards. It was important for us to take advantage of the slight ease in sourcing foreign exchange to do this in order meet with the yearnings of our teeming customers,” 
</blockquote>

Specifically, the bank in a message to customers said international transactions on Fidelity Visa Naira Credit and Debit Cards will be subject to the following limits: “Visa Naira Debit Cards (POS/Web only) equivalent of $1000 only; Visa Naira Credit Cards (ATM/POS/Web) equivalent of $1,000 only.”

WAEC RELEASES 2017 MAY/JUNE RESULTS AND HOW TO CHECK

The West African Examinatifon council (WAEC) have released results for the 2017 May/June Senior School Certificate Examination. This was made known to the public via the official twitter page of the exam body on Monday 17th July 2017.
According to the report, 1,567,016 candidates registered for the examination, out of which 1,559,162 candidates candidates wrote the examination. Of those that wrote the exam, 923,486 candidates, representing 59.22%, obtained a minimum of credits in 5 subjects including English Language and Mathematics. This performance is better than for 2015 and 2016 where it was 38.68% and 52.97% respectively.
The Punch reports that Mr Olu Adenipekun who is the head of the WAEC national office said some results were being withheld due to error but promised that the problems will be rectified.
He said: "Out of the total number of candidates that sat for the examination, 1,471,151 candidates, representing 94.36%, have their results fully processed and released, while 95,734 candidates, representing 5.64%, have a few of their subjects still being processed due to errors traceable to the candidates in the course of registration or writing the examination. "Such errors are being corrected by the council to enable the affected candidates get their results fully processsed and released
