Tecno L9 sports a 5 inch touchscreen display, is built with plastic and runs on Android OS v6.0 Marshmallow on a 1.3 GHz quad core processor with 2 Gigabytes of RAM, this means the L9 will have an average performance.
Its rear camera is 8 megapixels with LED flash while its front camera is 2 megapixels therefore expect a slightly below average camera quality.
Its main selling point which is its battery has a capacity of 4,500 mAh and is Lithium ion type which means you should get several days of usage on full charge, no worries about power interruptions.
Overall: The phone is okay but Tecno could have done better for the price group it falls in.
