The Mi 6 Plus will also feature Snapdragon's latest chip, backed up by 6GB of RAM and a hearty 4500 mAh battery. According to the specs sheet, the phone runs MIUI 8 that's based on Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box, while the more compact offering will come with a version of MIUI 8 that's based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
As far as photographic abilities go, the Mi 6 Plus feature a dual-cam setup on the back, which the leaked sheet confirms. The primary camera on the Mi 6 Plus will feature a 12MP Sony IMX362 sensor (like the one found on the ASUS Zenfone 3 Zoom and the Vivo Xplay 6), which is likely just one of the two. Xiaomi may have decided to use two different camera sensors in the Mi 6 Plus, but we'd be surprised if one of them wasn't the IMX400 that will allegedly grace the Mi 6, or at least something comparable.
